MP Level System

  • ​​​​Level I:  FoundationLEARN TO TRAIN, introduction/discovery and development of motor skills through fun activities. Build confidence and social skills.
  • Level II: Performance, individual development, and strength skills to reduce injuries.
  • Level III:  Transition fundamental skills to performance skill program. Strength and Power production. Sport specific skill and execution. Increase volume, intensity and frequency.


Team-Sport Specific Training: 

  • Fundamental training 
  • Position-specific strategy
  • Focus on teamwork and interpersonal skills 
  • Personal mentoring based on athlete's stated goals
